About Counseling Sessions

Life can difficult and unpredictable.  There are times when things seem overwhelming and insurmountable.  This is a time when many questions are asked but few answers come.  Are there solutions and resolutions?  Is help available to me and where do I go to get the help I need?

Counselors at “The Carpenter’s Shop” are dedicated, caring individuals who have professional training as well as a God given gift to help people whose hearts and souls are hurting.

You will find counseling that is individual and confidential; designed to guide you to a resolution of your conflicts.

Questions and Answers

Are sessions covered by insurance?

As in other areas of healthcare, this varies from policy to policy.  Let us consult with you about your specific policy and this question can be answered.  We will do all in our power to assist you in achieving the maximum benefit from your insurance.

How long do I need to come for help?

Each individual’s issues are unique.  The time required to resolve these issues will be determined by the individual and his/her therapist.

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a process of resolving distress in your life by discussing them with a skilled, trained professional.  All sessions are completely confidential.
